Who we are
NERDS TELECOM is a fiber-optic broadband internet provider for homes and small businesses. We also offer technical support, Wi-Fi network setup and connectivity solutions.

Information we collect
Information you give us: your name, e-mail, phone number, and billing and service address when you order a plan, request installation or support, or contact us. We use your service address to check coverage and send our technical team. We do not ship physical goods.
Information collected automatically: device, browser, pages visited, referring ad, and data from cookies and similar technologies.
Information from payment processors: confirmation that a payment was approved. We do not store full card numbers.
How we use it
We use your information to check availability at your address, process orders and activate your service, schedule and carry out installations and support visits, provide remote support, and answer your requests.
